RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At West Tailor, each item is thoughtfully handmade to order. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for refunds.
We gladly offer exchanges or store credit for eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, items must be:
• Unworn and unused
• Free of pet hair, odors, stains, or damage
• Returned in their original condition
Sizing Exchanges:
We understand that sizing can be tricky. If your bandana isn’t the right fit, we’re happy to offer an exchange or store credit within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect
Personalized Items:
Personalized or custom items are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or store credit.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at shopwesttailor@gmail.com and we’ll make it right

Refund Policy
Our return policy spans a 30-day period from the date you receive your item, allowing you ample time to request a return. For eligibility, your item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags intact, and in the original packaging. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
To initiate a return, contact us at support@store-name.com. Upon acceptance, we'll provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions for sending your package. Please note that items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:
Upon receiving your order, promptly inspect the items. If you discover any defects, damages, or receive an incorrect item, contact us immediately. We will assess the issue and work towards a resolution.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants), custom or personalized products, and personal care items. Returns are also not accepted for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Contact us if you have questions about the return eligibility of a specific item.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns for sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges:
To expedite the process of getting the item you desire, return the original item. Once the return is approved, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds:
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval status for a refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please be aware that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
